This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you use our trading signal subscription services. By using our services, you consent to the data practices described in this policy.

We are committed to collecting only the minimum information necessary to provide our services. We do not collect or store any personally identifiable information (PII) beyond what is required for authentication and service delivery.

Information Collected via Discord SSO:

Account creation and authentication is handled exclusively through Discord Single Sign-On (SSO). When you authenticate with Discord, we receive only:

• Discord User ID: A unique identifier used to link your subscription to your Discord account
• Discord Username: Used for identification within our Discord server
• Discord Avatar (optional): If publicly available, may be displayed in the community

We do NOT collect: Your email address, real name, password, phone number, payment information, or any other personal information unless you explicitly provide it to us separately.

Payment Information:

All payment processing is handled exclusively by Whop. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card numbers, bank account details, billing address, or any other payment credentials. Whop processes your payment securely and only shares with us:

• Subscription status (active/cancelled)
• Payment success/failure status
• Subscription plan and billing period

Information Collected Automatically:

• Basic Analytics: Anonymized, aggregated usage data for website improvement (no personal identifiers)
• Essential Cookies: Session cookies required for basic site functionality only

We process your personal data under the following legal bases:

• Contract Performance: Processing necessary to fulfill our subscription agreement with you
• Legitimate Interests: Improving our services, preventing fraud, and ensuring security
• Legal Obligation: Compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and legal requests
• Consent: Where you have given explicit consent for specific processing activities

We use the limited information we collect for the following purposes only:

• Authenticate your account via Discord SSO and manage your subscription status
• Grant access to our private Discord server for signal delivery
• Provide customer support when you contact us via Discord (we do not initiate contact unless necessary for customer support purposes)
• Comply with legal obligations if required by law

We do NOT: Send marketing emails, promotional messages, or unsolicited communications. We do not contact users via Discord except when responding to support requests or addressing critical service issues. We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, selling to third parties, or any purpose beyond providing the subscription service you signed up for.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third parties. Our service operates exclusively through two third-party platforms:

• Discord Inc.: Authentication (SSO) and signal delivery platform. We use Discord solely to deliver trading signals and provide customer support. Your Discord account information is governed by Discord’s Privacy Policy.
• Whop Inc.: Payment processing and subscription management. All payments are processed through Whop. We have no access to your payment details, credit card information, or billing address. Your payment information is governed by Whop’s Privacy Policy.

Important: We do not know your email address, phone number, real name, or any personal information beyond your Discord User ID and username. We cannot and do not contact you outside of Discord unless you explicitly provide alternative contact information.

We may disclose your Discord User ID only when required to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or court orders, or to respond to lawful requests from law enforcement authorities.

Your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence. When we transfer data internationally, we implement appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission. By participating in our community, you acknowledge and consent to such transfers.

Given our minimal data collection approach:

• Discord User ID: Retained while your subscription is active. Deleted within 30 days after subscription cancellation unless required by law
• Subscription Records: Basic subscription status records may be retained for up to 7 years for tax and legal compliance
• Payment Records: Stored by Whop, not by us. Subject to Whop’s data retention policies

Upon request for deletion, we will remove your Discord User ID from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We implement security measures to protect the limited data we store:

• TLS/SSL encryption for all data in transit
• Access controls limiting who can access membership records

Important: Since we use Discord SSO, we never store or handle your passwords. Payment processing is handled exclusively by Whop—we never have access to your credit card numbers, CVV codes, billing address, or any payment credentials.

Our service is intended for adults. By using our service, you confirm that you meet the age requirements set by Discord and Whop, our third-party service providers. We do not independently verify user ages. If you believe a minor has accessed our service inappropriately, please contact us.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not operated by us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws.
