2. Service Description

KenKem provides XAUUSD (Gold) trading signals delivered via Telegram. Our service includes:

• Real-time trading signals with entry, stop-loss, and take-profit levels
• Market analysis and trading insights
• Access to our private Telegram group
• Customer support during trading hours

3. Subscription and Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

4. Strict Non-Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to:

• Dissatisfaction with signal performance
• Trading losses incurred
• Change of mind after subscription
• Inability to execute trades
• Technical issues on your end

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.

5. Risk Acknowledgment

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Trading involves substantial risk of loss
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• You are solely responsible for your trading decisions
• KenKem signals are for informational purposes only
• We are not financial advisors or broker-dealers
• You should only trade with money you can afford to lose

6. No Guarantees

We make no guarantees regarding signal accuracy, profitability, or performance. Results may vary significantly based on market conditions, execution timing, broker spreads, slippage, and individual trading decisions. Hypothetical or backtested results have inherent limitations.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account
• Not share signals with non-subscribers
• Not reverse-engineer or copy our trading strategies
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Use signals at your own risk and discretion

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KenKem shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or data loss.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms, abusive behavior, or any other reason at our sole discretion.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which KenKem operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
